Starknet SN Stack, a software suite for building custom appchains tailored to specific applications, has been launched to support developers.
Developers can now independently create application-specific blockchains using the Starknet SN Stack. It unifies such key components as Starknet OS for blockchain operations, CairoVM for the execution of smart contracts, and Blockifier, which is meant for block creation.
To address the different development needs, Starknet SN Stack comes in three different flavours. The Madara framework is open-source and modular by design for maximum flexibility. Dojo is optimized for gaming and complex on-chain applications, while the StarkWare Sequencer provides high-performance infrastructure for resource-intensive decentralized applications.
Moreover, cryptographic testers and verifiers using ZK-STARK technology ensure secure and trusted dApps. By integrating its modular components, Starknet aims to lower the barriers to appchain development. It will allow developers to build customized, secure blockchains with greater efficiency.
